Aptaryn is being built to help people explain the work they can do and help hiring teams inspect the reasoning behind a recommendation.
Why this product
Titles, keywords, and conventional filters often compress a complicated person into a thin record. Aptaryn’s direction is to preserve more useful context without pretending software can remove judgment from hiring.
A note from the team
We believe a person should be able to ask, “Why am I seeing this role?” and get a useful answer. A reviewer should be able to ask, “What supports this recommendation?” and inspect the evidence.
We are publishing product commitments and limitations early because the hard questions ought to shape the product while it is still being built.
People and photographs
Approved team biographies and photographs are not present in the repository, so this page intentionally does not invent them. Add named team members only after identity, role, image rights, and copy are approved.
